Warmoth Versus USA Custom Guitars?

Somebody said that usacg doesn't do bound necks?
Why? I was looking to buy a bound/dot 5 string neck from tommy for a project of mine.

I don't want to go the Warmoth route, because of the lack of options on there 5 string necks...

This thread is pretty old, maybe things have changed since, and he will do bound necks.

Just like Warmoth now both make a smaller profile as an option, and use graphite as an option instead of steel.

I am considering a parts build with Warmoth or USACG.
Warmoth offers graphite rods for $60.
Are graphite rods standard @ USACG or is there an upcharge? Can't find any info on their site or order form.

Yes

From my experience USACG is easier to work with and a lot more willing to do change something for you. It's really personalized, you're working with a specific person on your order. Whatever is on their website is just a guide line, they can virtually do anything for you.

Oh and from what people are saying USACG makes way better products.

I'm working with tommy on making my wenge neck w/ ebony finger board (no frets) and an alder body.
