Apart from bass gear, only cars and watches inspire real GAS. Here are my main three:
1. Omega Seamaster Professional, mid-size, automatic, 1997.
2. Citizen Eco-Drive Titanium Orange Chronograph, with aftermarket silicone strap, 2009. This one is extremely light, and I dig the orange.
3. Citizen Eco-Drive 200m Diver, with aftermarket velcro strap.
I also have a good looking counterfeit Rolex Submariner from the "Night Market" in Chaing Mai, Thailand. It has a reasonably accurate automatic mechanical movement, and solid link bracelet. I never wear it, but it was a cool souvenir.

Some very sexy timepeices gents. I am not normally a fan of flashy colors on watches, but the orange in tha Citi really compliment it.

I did a little poking at their website. They have a lot more options going than I had heard. I don't know of any stores that sell them in the states though. Anyone seen them in a brick and mortar store in the US?

Titanium MTM - cool watch, has a charger base that you just place the watch on to charge, also has lights, blue to light the face and red to blind someone with, they claim you can see it a mile away, I tested the claim. You can.
i've lusted after that watch for a while....

I would guess its pretty light. Titanium is a wonder material in that respect, but it sure is costly.
It's totally worth the money - very well made and the way it charges is cool.
It weighs 4.9 ounces vs the steel which weighs 8.0 ounces so almost half the weight of the steel.
When my wife ordered it for me they told her that the PVD coating on the titanium is more likely to scratch than the steel due to the fact that it won't penetrate into the titanium like it will on the steel.
This didn't matter to me as I am gentle on my watches and don't wear them working around the house or on cars.
My Tag 4000 looks brand new still and was even commented on by a watch guy when I was looking at new watches and it's at least 14 years old.
I try to be gentle with mine, but they are all workhorses in their own way. If I bought one of those spec ops watches it would soon look like my citizen Then again, I intend to use it in situations like they advertise. I am not spec ops, but I plan to be on regualr ops again in the near future. I was considering a luminox for that, but having now heard that the spec ops watch isn't just a gimmick, I am having second thoughts.
Oh it will last. I also think the one of those would look great beat up. If I had another I let it get reliced.

I don't collect 'em, but I buy quality. IMO (and I've been told this by a watch maker) a Tissot is as good a watch as a Rolex, but costs a fraction as much. I've been a Tissot wearer for 30+ years.

Pilgrim, Tissot are very nice watches. Any watch that has to go through the kind of tests that Swiss MAde Timepieces go through is going to be high quality. Rolex gets its prices due to markup (they charge jewellers for the priveledge of selling their product) and name recognition. MY Riviera Chronograph has all the quality of a Daytona as far as I am concerned, and looks nicer too. I used to have a yachtmaster, and as beautiful as it was, it never felt as good and solid as my B&M. Apart from that, THere are hundreds of manufacturers that make watches that flat blow Rolex out of the water price and quality wise, but they don't hold relative value or gain value nearly as quick. Rolex and Patek are the super watches for rich guys who want a super watch but know nothing about them (no slight on either brand, its a slight on the more money than brains crowd). I am not sour grapes to people who have them, I just can't stand it when someone buys a luxury item without having any real passion about them. Of course, I deserve a Rolex and a Patek Phillipe.
