Okay, here's a crappy phone pic. These are just the ones in my dresser drawer, so incomplete family photo, but a bunch of the good ones are in there.

Love vintage stuff a lot. The list is posted in the second post, but some of the highlights in that pic include an Omega Speedmaster Professional (first and only watch worn on the Moon - Apollo missions), Tag Heuer 2000 Auto, Breitling Superocean (on silicone band, also have the bracelet for it), to the right of those, the black one is a Universal Geneve handwound, next to that is a Zenith handwound in gold, the one with the blue band on the left is a Rado diver. Most of the ones around those are from my Swatch collection, most Irony or Auto models, a couple Skin models. Up top with the brown band (and washed out face, unfortunately) is a vintage handwound Timex from the late 50s or early 60s. Even one of my Skagens snuck into the frame! ;)

Some of my stuff is in a SDB, so not exactly easy to get to. Especially the gold ones, as I rarely wear gold watches.

As much as I would like to, I can just never see myself dropping the coin on Oris, Breitling, Omega, Tag, and the like (not when there are basses to be had!!!).

I have found myself being attracted to the styling and pricing of the Invicta line. Great quality for the price.

Invicta 47mm Grand Diver (think of a big Rolex knock off). Miyota 21 jewel automatic movement. Can be had for $200 or less.

Invicta 45mm S1 Macau Japanese Quartz Chronograph/Silicone strap. Great yard watch. Ridiculously comfortable. I got mine new for $70.

Invicta 52mm (without canteen style crown cover) Russian Diver Quinotar Swiss Chronograph. Terribly huge and uncomfortable, but it's just friggin' cool!!! I get comments every time I wear it.

I have seen these in a few places. The ones I saw mostly looked like oversized Submariners, but there were a few other brands that were obviously...an influence shall we say. All in all some of them looked good, but what stops me from getting one (besides lack of extra coin for any more watches rihgt now) is that I have very small wrists, and they would look really stupid on me. I tried on a Mont Blanc Timewalker with a 43mm case and it was outlandishly huge on me. 45mm or more is just way to much watch for me.

I could make an exception for this beast. Sorry, but I'll play squiers the rest of my life if I can have this bad larry

Being 6'5", 325 lbs., the size of those isn't an issue for me, but I understand what you are saying. We have joked that the Russian Diver looks like a championship boxing belt for him.

With the vintage models, it heavily depends on the shape they're in. Functional, somewhat worn models start from around 400 eur, professional restoration brings few hundred on top.

Oh yeah, wrist watches are pretty addictive, especially once when you into mechanical models. Having an expensive watch on your wrist is something like wearing a tailor-made suit.. and after the first, when the GAS settles in, that's when it gets expensive :D
