Yeah, Lake Charles is not a wealthy place and is having a really hard time getting back on it's feet after three storms last year. Some of the commercial buildings you can see from I-10 still have plywood in the windows.Talk about getting hit while you're down. I drove I-10 from Houston to Jacksonville just last month, and there were still blue tarp roofs from last year's storms. Hope everyone gets through this OK. Weeks without power in gulf coast heat is going to be miserable.
