I assume that they need to be made from a precise and proprietary alloy of melted down D'addario 170XLs, PCB, and the mineral oil extracted from NOS capacitors.Fretwires...let's not even get started on what kind of fretwire you have to have to make this preamp work right.

Of course not, you've upgraded to the 'king of strings'...the XL170.
To be fair they ARE great strings.
