D'Addario EXL170 Nickel Wound Bright Round Wound Electric Bass Strings | Musician's Friend

1)Well XL strings are very cheap as well as very long lasting and smooth. when you first buy them the sound new like a little rattle kind but when you use them for a while it starts getting used to the bass and then sounds real smooth. And Tom Araya From the band Slayer uses them so they must be good anyways good strings must buy!!!

2)I do not hate them. I do not love them. But I always return to them.

I think that second review might be from Tom Araya.

Uhh... Are rotosounds the only other strings that exist on your planet or something?

Can't remember the last time I used either, but I'm an earthling, with access to more options than that.
