I picked up a Way Huge Pork Loin as my first effects pedal and have fell in love with it. I'm not much of an effects guy. I like to play a clean bass, but needed a little bit of dirt in my sound. I was wondering as bass players if anyone had used any other pedals from Way Huge and how they were used? I've been looking for sound clips of the Angry Troll, and Aqua-Puss on bass, but not seeing any on youtube or elsewhere.

when i used to work at GC, Jeorge Tripps stopped in to check up on the Way Huge stock. he told me that, with the exception of the Fat Sandwich, they all sound great on bass, because they don't cut out any frequencies. the Fat Sandwich was designed specifically for guitar. which isn't to say it can't sound good on bass... you just won't get any low end info coming through.

I have the ringworm and love it. It's the coolest, i run it before my oc2. It doesn't affect the
tracking. The oc2 grabs the fundamental while the ring mod seems to pass right through the oc2 uneffected. awesome addition to a synth board imho.
