Thanks Mike, glad you got to play it. The custom shop made a dozen during that run. I got to audition five of them (the rest all sold) and this one was it for me. I originally had been looking for a 335, but after playing this one, my search was over.

All tunings could be considered open - it just depends on how complex a chord we're talking about.

Yes - my 7 string tuning is rather impractical for most people. But I write songs on it in this tuning, just like all my other instruments which are all in rather unconventional tunings.

OK, now that that's out of the way...

These 3 are the ones I play most often; and to be honest, that really isn't very often. A fairly old MIK Epiphone Sheraton II; an '87 Rickenbacker 330; and a '71 Matsumoku-made Epiphone EA-250. I have a few others - including a badly done lefty 12-string conversion of a righty EA-250. But that one's not really playable, and the others? No pictures, and they very, very seldom get played... I'm not much of a guitar player, really; the tiny strings and close spacing aren't suited to my troglodyte paws...
