Question....I agree. I don't think many of the people that are against it realize that like any other substance knowing your level of tolerance is key.
Most people continue to consume long after the thc will affect them in a positive way.
For example, in a session, I can consume .2 of a gram and feel the effects. The average "joint" would be about .5 of a gram or more.
So yes, there is a difference between "lifted", and "stoned". I don't play stoned. I rarely consume to get to that point.
I am pretty ignorant about Canadian pot laws. The argument down here that the opponents of legalization use is that there isn’t a way to test for it in cases of reporting to work or driving within “x” amount of hours of consumption. With that argument the opponents of legalizing say it can’t be legal as, people will be driving and working under the influence. Is there a reliable system in place for employers to regulate employees from reporting to work within say, eight hours of ingestion for pot much like there is for consumption of alcohol?
