I work for Disney animation, and let me tell you, Disney is not only just about the toughest business competitor out there, they are truly geniuses at building brands and having them work together. I don't know about the other divisions (Disney is HUGE), but Disney animation does not do any outsourcing. I was surprised when I learned this, but it's true. I believe they are the only large animation company that does not.What we know about both companies is that they will cheerfully move every job possible to the worst possible 3rd world companies for cheap labor, while spending millions to convince consumers that their brands are great. THAT'S what we know about Disney and Nike.

It's not important whether he listened to the music - he listened to the musicians. Current Fender execs would do well to emulate.I think I read somewhere that Leo was basically tone deaf. Not sure if it's true or not though.
