Never played with my fly open...yet, but a not uncommon occurrence is while I'm playing at church, my bass undo a button or two on my shirt. Not a problem until i take the bass off and sit down. I can usually tell by looking at the row of little old ladies, if they're chuckling, my belly is showing.
