Not bad! Like it.
But I kept waiting for the song to start. Being an old prog rocker it sounded to me like it was an extended intro, or the instrumental middle eight break in a longer song.

Kinda like thrash metal becoming prog jazz fusion the long ways around...
Everytime I see a video like this I keep reminding myself I really need to put considerably more practice time into fretless than I currently do.

Good stuff. The problem I have with it is it makes me want a fretless Thumb 5 in addition to the fretted Thumb 5 I've been GASsing for. Not that I could rock it like Ryan does.

Yeah. At least good deals can be found on used fretted Thumbs. Fretless thumbs, especially 5'ers seem to be more rare.
All of this is academic anyway, until I'm in a position to buy one....or both.
I hear you. I need to find about 6 (or maybe 8) basses I’ve accumulated new owners soon. We’re planning on downsizing to a smaller more manageable house so there will be less space available to accommodate gear sprawl.
slight departure from mudvayne, but i like. always was talented and innovative for his chosen genre.
That dudes a monster. I’ve listened to this quite a bit over the last 6 ish months and it’s killer. I like mudvayne but this album rocks. They’re supposed to be writing the next one now too.
I'm still keeping an eye out for those deals on the fretted models. Seems like they usually sell for a little over a grand, but everyone lists them closer to 2k to start!
