I thought it would be fun to compare to my last post in this thread. Was this only 8 months ago? Yikes. Updates in red.
Current list:
Modulation: GASsing for a Modfactor something fierce; would consider the H9 but you can find Modfactors for half the price, you don't need to add algorithms, and I already have a Pitchfactor. I bought a used Modfactor and like it. I've recently has some G.A.S. for a Strymon Mobius to replace it though---due to cost, that's probably a far-off possibility. And an H9 would always be a possibility.
Dirt: As always, the list is huge---I would not want ALL of these and I am already pretty happy with my dirt, but I could see adding or upgrading a pedal or two.
OD: Amptweaker Bass TightDrive
Distortion: Empress Heavy Got it for Christmas, love it.
Fuzz: Darkglass Duality, IE Oxide, SS/BS TAFM, Amptweaker Bass TightFuzz Haven't taken the plunge, but this is still on my list.
Swiss Army Knife: Dr. Scientist The Elements, Source Audio Bass OFD
Other: Strongly considering joining in on the Beat Buddy Kickstarter...if it ever happens. In on the crowdfunding (Indiegogo). Anxiously awaiting the planned delivery in July.
Synth: Pretty happy right now, but I'll be interested if/when the Source Audio one comes out. IE SubT and TWA Great Divide 2.0 sound pretty sweet though. Didn't do any of this, but I did sell my Markbass Super Synth and got a Manta.
Compression: No immediate GAS, though some day I would consider comparing an Empress against my MXR Went ahead and upgraded to the Empress; love it.
Board and Accessories: Finally took the plunge for a dedicated power supply. Now all future funds can go toward actual pedals!Ha, this was nice in principle. I am rearranging my expression pedals and might be investing in some cables. I could also use some auxiliary switchers. I upgraded my board's carrying case to a Mono case.
Oh where to begin....
- A Moog MF-104 delay (don't think it's going to happen)
- A Mu-Tron Bi-Phase (don't think it's going to happen)
- A mini-Moogerfooger Delay (will happen)
- A Mu-Tron Phasor II or clone (probably will happen - most likely the clone)
- a Mini-EP boost by Xotic
- a mini-SP compressor by Xotic
- A Source Audio Manta
- Anything by Eventide - probably a pitchfactor
- Some new - sweet ass - handmade leather guitar straps
- an Analogman Juicer (want to move the BiComp to the guitar board)
- a pedaltrain nano that I load with - AnalogMan juicer -> OC-2 -> Mutron III clone -> B7k
- a TC Electronics Ditto looper (mini)
That should do it for now....and I have the money for NONE of it....

Best chorus I've heard/used so far is the original (18 volt) Danelectro Cool Cat Chorus. It's a big hunk o' metal, heavy, needs an 18v power supply, and 100% analog, but it sounds very creamy and thick.
Can find 'em on eBay from time to time.

My gas list is pretty short. For the moment, just a Markbass Compressore. I've been talking about and looking at that one for awhile. I'm getting it sometime this year.

Right now, today, I want a DG Harmonic Booster, Mesa M9, FEARful F212, DG VMTD, Hiwatt Ox Pre, Crown power amp and a UA 6176 bass pre. Yeeeaaaaa........ Most of that will never happen, but a guy gotta dream 
Nothing much really ... hasn't stopped me looking, and buying more gear every now and then. More stuff I frankly could do without, but hey, it's fun opening new boxes, right?

Bought and sold everything I previously mentionned here. The only one I kept is the MS60B.

No joke I'd give up sex for 5 years (im 20 now, yes I would cut myself off at my prime) for one of those.
Anyway, GASing for a Science Amps Mother or a Reeves 225, need those hiwatt tones. A TC Ditto X2 and for the new TAFM I ordered to come in the mail.

I would like to add that if for any reason I needed a new distortion pedal, I would most likely would save some cash for a darkglass vintage microtubes. I do like the warm grinding distortion sounds this pedal provides.
also if I ever do need a new flanger pedal, I would definitely go with the mxr micro flanger. I do like the jet flanger sound this pedal provides and it's compacted size so it can fit on my pedalboard.

Well I just put a MAJOR bit of GAS relief in the works over the weekend .. I have to hit the bank in the AM to finalize it .. but right now.. I am GASn for a Glasstone Lil G...

I see what you mean. I've recently developed an interest in purchasing a darkglass bass distortion pedal. I'm thinking about purchasing a darkglass vintage microtubes. I do like how warm and heavy it sounded. I'm thinking about saving some cash to purchase one.
