What beer are you drinking (or rating) II: second bottle

I have every intention of doing so, I just need to look into some equipment first. Also, I think I'd really only be brewing 1-2 gallon batches all grain, as opposed to 6 gallons. the standard 6 gallon (25 litre) batch is enough beer for me to drink over six months, and to be honest, I kinda like to drink a different beer every month.

Southern Tier 2X IPA is my main squeeze lately. One of the better IPAs I've had. Also, Jailhouse Breakout Stout and Monday Night Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale. Both excellent.
This place opened in September, about a 20-minute walk from my house. My beer consumption has increased about tenfold. And they're open Sundays now, my city just voted in Sunday alcohol sales.

I just looked and their 1-gallon kits look amazing! I think I know what I want to try doing this summer, you know, aside from building my figure-8 ukulele.

I had a Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA for the first time last week. DAMN! THAT is how you make a good IPA! Lots of hops, but lots of malt for a good balance!

Let me know what you think of the Racer 5. It's actually one of my favourite IPAs. Not bat****-hoppy, just nice.
