I learned I inherited a 2.5% interest in a nice successful movie theater in California. Right now it’s only the land, but when the land lease is up in 2027 it will be the land and the improvements (the building).
Too bad movie theaters will probably be a novelty like new internal combustion powered cars by 2027.

(I used to keep bees.) When they a swarming they are usually quite docile because they do not have a hive to protect and they are full of honey so have difficulty getting their sting pointing down to sting you. (If they fail to find a new place to set up a home and have consumed all the honey they can be nasty so it is wise to be cautious.)
The swarm is hollow in the middle as you will discover if you carefully push your finger into it . A buddy of mine was round when I had a swarm and I kitted him up with a veil and he did that, his fear of bees subsided considerably after that.

In the beginning, Leo Fender, Les Paul, and Paul Bigsby, were friends and worked together. At around age 8, Leo Fender fell off a wagon and lost his right eye. It was replaced by a glass one. Les Paul got a record contract with Capital, wrote a guitar tune called Lover (a chart topper), went on the road with his singer/girlfriend (he was married at the time), was in a car wreck and almost died. The doctors wanted to amputate his strumming arm but instead cast it in a playing position. Paul Bigsby made a solid body guitar before Leo and Les! Paul Bigsby did it (although, the very first solid body guitar, not widely produced, was made in the early 30's by Rickenbacker). Bigsby was known as a master craftsman, and he also made a second solid body for Les to play when he discharged from the hospital. I'm at a point in the book where I think this guitar gave Les the idea for his Les Paul model because the writer just went into some background information.
I highly suggest reading The Birth of Loud.
