Before that rig I had
Ampeg SVP Pro, used 400,--
Poweramp TA 1400 MK-X, 2 x 700 W @ 4 Ohm from Thomann Germany, new 300,--
2 Peavey TVX 410'', used 320,--
The complete fullstack is 1.020,-- , equals about USD 1.300,--.
The SVP Pro + poweramp is still in use, but today it fires up another Tecamp L 810''-cab.
Because I needet a third rig for a third band, a friend gave me for cheap a Peavey TMax and a SWR Workingman 212''-cab. This halfstack was exact 400,--. About USD 530,--.
I still use the items, but in other combinations. The TMax for example fires up the two Peavey cabs for a third band. Nice sound, best "no-Ampeg - Ampeg-sound" I know. So everything I own gets a lots of love.
It was a long way to get to the sound I love - until I noticed that I have a related sound on all three fullstacks. I stoped playing with a hifi-like sound when my SWR Redhead died. The last 5 or 6 years I prefer playing with a preamp tube overdriven sound, not too much. So the only difference when playing the different stacks is the way more punch and clarity and better response of the GenzBenz GBE 1200, and the more tube-like sound of the Ampeg SVP Pro. But in the mix the three amps sound - alike each other.

Wie findet du der T-Max? Es ist eine gute amp, Ja?
You'll habe to excuse meine Deutsch. Es ist nicht meine erste language.
Yeah, they have a sort of "thick" or "ballsy," tone. "Ampegish" I guess, at least a bit. Kinda like taking the blanket off a SS Ampeg but not quite as good as a tube one?
Anyway, way cool amps....I'll never sell mine.
Sehr schon.
