What do you call your BASS?

Ibanez 4-string - My 4-string
Ibanez 5-string - My 5-string/my bass (being that it's my main)
Warwick Corvette - My fretless/My Warwick
Fender Squier (removed frets) - The Fender/The Crappy Fretless

lol I don't hate on Fenders/Squiers, just that the bass isn't all that great sounding.

What is it with dumbasses who feel compelled to leave snarky, sarcastic posts on threads to which they have NOTHING to contribute? For instance: "I call it my bass.....and my other bass....and so on..."
I'm surprised at the level of adolescent attitude that emerges sometimes on TB.

Anyway, my first bass had to be called "Hank" because it looked country to me and that's what I started with - country/blues. Flame maple top Ibanez GSR200.

Then my first build (Warmoth-based) has so much Wenge and Bloodwood (looks and sounds dark) that I named it "Malik," after Malcolm X. The red of the bloodwood made me think of his complexion; also the African origin of the woods helped. Further, I use it a lot now for jazz, which Malcolm X loved. The name is pretty much a natural for me.

This one I call...... wait for it.... GEDDY! lol
