Pretty much. When I first got mine, I let quite a few people know and you guys of course.I only have one bass, so I call it "my baby".
Sometimes people describe their basses as a "collection", but I'm wondering if there are other terms associated with basses you have. There are different basses for different styles of music, occasions, etc. If you're a gigging musician, you have to decide which basses to bring with you for an audition, particular gig, etc.
Think "flock" of birds, "quiver" of arrows.
I mean hey, nobody just has ONE bass![]()

They used to be a herd. The herd was thinned, and now I have one.
I call them my basses.
