mine is a combination of the bands slipknot and korn thus making it slipkorn. the "917" doesnt mean anything its just a few numbers i put at the end of it.
I used to lift weights alot so I'm still pretty big.(muscular, 54" chest) My biker friends started calling me No Neck.
We were all at a bar one night and my wife told one of my biker friends she thought I looked & walked like Shrek.
So here we go ! ! Also used on Ebay

My user name is my business name that a friend came up with. Surprisingly many people don't catch the double meaning/ play on words. Need to know basis / Need to know basses. My business plan is currently on hold.
A combination of my last name, Holme, and my chosen instrument, Bass, that's a homophone for "home base".

well, back in 6th grade, one of our vocab words was "audiophile" which means music lover (like pedophile, but with music instead of children) and i liked it, i made it my screen name, and it just stuck, so i use it for just about everything
I started out as a drummer, and a Keith Moon fan. My middle name is Alvin. There's a story about KM forming a fake band with a couple other cats and calling himself "Alvin Avalanche". Since my bad drumming sounded like an avalanche, a friend started calling me that; soon after it got shortened to Avvie. There are many who still think that's my real name.

Mine's a clever play on words of a common insult. Saw it someplace and adopted it. Takes a bit of thinking to figure it out.
