What happened to TB? I remember when this forum was filled with knowledgeable experienced bassist that could give good advice and opinions.

This forum has turned into a Facebook alternative for a bunch of halve ass players that post comments that don't know what the "F" there talking about.....what happened?

I'd hate to be a new member and not know how cool this place use to be.......

Perhaps, when you joined you lacked knowledge that you now have. Therefore the posts/threads now seem pedestrian to you.

I have been here much longer than you and i STILL learn new things.

Glance through the Ask a Pro section. Maybe you should stick to that for a while. Perhaps if you are too good to hang around us regular folk you can get some real enlightenment from Lee Sklar, Adam Nitti, Anthony Wellington, and the staff at Berkley.

If you have an amp question, I believe the owner operator of Bear, a rep from QSC, and @agedhorse a designer who has worked with the who's who of amp companit's can help. Basses? I think some guys from Roscoe and others are floating around here. Never mind the work of the guys in the Luthier's Corner rivals that of some of the most well known own builders out there.
