Hmmm. Looks to me like someone has read about 7, 8 & 9 string basses & what they go for, & figured they'd slap something together(a bass is just an extra-long g****r, right?)& make a few quick bucks. It's beyond me when/why it went upright...

So how exactly do you play chords in tune on this guitar? I like the concept. It looks cool. I wouldn't buy one though.

I actually think that looks hella cool, and would be a killer sounding bass if it was made well! Think of Noel Redding's octave-8-string work with Jimi, or solo wall-of-sound like Thrones... For some reason the combination of hollow body, 12 strings, and a pup right at the neck joint, make me think of absolutely massive tones. ...If it was made well, which... I dunno in this case.
