Well...
Since I only have the one (short scale Sacramento)? Afraid I'll have to go with that one. And, although it is a very, very nice little bass, it will most likely be my only Serek. The "Short Scale Neck-thru" spot was one of only 2 unfilled spots in my "Bass Herd"; a spot that had been empty for a very long time. For decades, I thought the only left handed shorty neck-thrus were very scarce, vintage Japanese basses, and the Alembic Stanley Clarke Signature Bass. While I could technically afford the Alembic, $15K plus for one bass - in a herd of 27- seemed... excessive. But, then I heard about SEREK, and the rest is history. A couple of months after I got that Daphne Blue beauty, I filled the very last open spot ("Short Scale Fretless") with a Birdsong Fusion. Took me 30+ years, but my Herd is now complete, and my bass buying days are over...
So, nice as my Serek is, I'm afraid it will be my only one. Trying to play - and maintain - 27 basses, is pretty much a full time job for this old guy. Don't think I have the energy for another one...

I can't speak to the 34" scale models, as I only play short scale these days, but my Midwestern with a B90 pickup does pretty much everything I want it to do. Only thing I'd want in a second Serek is a Bisonic pickup, and would probably go for a second Midwestern.

Off-topic, but you’ve actually seen left handed vintage Japanese basses? I wasn’t sure they existed! Short-scale Sacramento would be my choice, but not in my budget right now.

Yes, I have. Not many, though. 30+ years ago, when I was starting my "Bass Herd", I was constantly looking for lefty basses that would fill spots in it. But, I was looking for specific kinds of basses to fill specific spots. Like, "semi-hollow short scale". I did see a couple of short scale neck-thrus, but... they were either pretty ratty looking, and didn't look like they'd be worth the money; or really nice looking - and they were asking waay more than I thought they were worth. Especially since I had an early '70's Japanese bass - and a guitar - at the time. Which I paid a more than reasonable price for. I had other spots to fill, so... I left the "short scale neck-thru" spot for later... And, now that I think about it? I haven't seen a "vintage" MIJ lefty neck-thru bass - long or short scale - for quite a while. Hmm... 🤔
