You dare mention
Roquefort blue cheese
in the same breath with
Italian Provolone?
Provalone is probably my favorite, but I love marble jack, colby jack, cheddar, American, Swiss in some cases, mozzarella, parmesean, etc.
Provolone, Swiss, Gouda, any Sharp Cheddars, Munster, pepperjack, habanero jack to name a few. I can't stand Brie, or cottage cheese at all. I can stand most of the stinky french cheeses, but for ultimate stank that honor goes to Limburger.
