I think I posted this exact bass being advertised a while back myself, in the bass humour section. I miss Windsor but always find it interesting how much people think some of their stuff is worth - this is definitely not limited to Windsor, either.

The strap button has been moved, perhaps an attempt to help balance out neck dive.

I don’t remember who it was but in the 80s there was a company that made some “Gumby on acid” basses similar to that. Obviously they didn’t pan out very well.
