What other brands should Fender make?

Let's face it, we all need to have a Fender if we ever aspire to be a real serious bass player who is not a total jerkweasle. I myself prefer a bass with a smaller body, slimmer neck, and 24 frets. Fender doesn't make a bass like this but Ibanez and some other manufacturers do but they are not Fender. I don't particularly like to be wrong and if I don't have a Fender than I am wrong. If I am to be right I will get a Fender but then I won't have what I want. I think the simplest solution for all parties involved would be for Fender to just start making other brands so that people who don't want a Fender can still get a Fender but it will be a Fender that they actually want. IMHO They could(and should) start making Fender Soundgear basses for those that want them. A Soundgear with Fender on the headstock = TOTALLY AWESOME to the MAX! They could have tort control cavity covers and truss rod covers to pay homage to the more traditional Fenders. I think they would be a big hit. It wouldn't be long before people would start saying "Boy, Leo really got it right the first time with these Fender Soundgear basses!"
I think they really need to do this because I know that I for one am tired of playing basses that I like but being a loser for not playing the basses(Fender) that I am supposed to be playing.
What brands do you think Fender ought to make?

They are all modified though. I threw the original Fender necks away and routered out the bodies to accept Ibanez necks. I also made the lower cutaway much deeper to be able to access the upper frets... not that I ever do but I like having the option.

Unsure about the electronics, but I think it should have lights that blink.

I think the Crafted In Japan Fenders were really Ibanezes. The reason why Fender stopped the whole CIJ stuff is because Ibanez made that fanned fret bass against Fender's wishes. Squier was supposed to come out the the fanned fret first, but failed to finalize the faceplate and was forced to fallback to the fundamentals. A lot if internal controversy on that one.
