I started working at The HOG in '76! Worked there on and off till about '86 I still have a business relationship with them. I am proud to be part of the HOG extended family! My nickname there is Hoss. lol Here we go boys, really a study in understated beauty!

Mine arrived from Dave's Guitars this morning. It looks great from top to bottom, and plays very nicely throughout the neck. No neck dive even with a slippery guitar strap (from the Piet Mondrian/Keith Partridge collection). I'll take off the pickup cover tonight.

I ordered a 4003w from Wildwoodguitars yesterday and I asked about the 4003sw and Bruce said he had some scheduled to arrive in 1-2 months.

My turn! Just picked up today from Dave's Guitar. I have to say the quality is excellent. None of the supposed quality issues that people have reported recently seem to be there. It's just a straight up excellent guitar! Thanks to Rickenbacker for bringing this model back!

That's good to hear Kernkamp! I ordered one and then saw this thread and was getting a little worried! Hopefully I'll get mine this week and the good luck will continue.
