Thank you for responding Andreas.@BrentSimons: hard to tell for the tone, I never did any comparisons with different strings on the same bass. But for the feel: at the beginning total different to the rotos, a bit more tension, it need a few days to get comfort with them. Actually I like them a bit more than the rotos... just my subjective impression.
Give them a try, nearly the same price as rotosound.
