What strings do you use on your precision bass?

I mainly play an electric upright so I recently switched my P to LaBella 760N Tapewounds so it would play more like my upright. Surprisingly bright and easy on the fingers. I also have an Ibanez acoustic bass so I put some Labella White Nylon strings which are so much better than your traditional bronze wound acoustic strings.

Light gauge flats or tapewounds these days. Currently TI flats and D'Addario tapes on my 2 P/J's.

I bought a 63 AVRI in December and have only replaced the strings with Fender medium gauge roundwound. I don't usually use this string at all but I like how they sound and play on this bass. What do you guys use on your Precision?

I have been a huge GHS Boomers supporter/user for decades. However, I recently got a Am Std P-Bass and loved the feel and tone of the Fender mediums on it and am sticking with them for the time being. Not going fix what ain't broke, so to speak. Very (and pleasantly) surprised at their performance.

Roundwounds. Haven't found a brand that I actually stick with yet, but always rounds. I had flats on my P for about a week before I took them off. Just sounded dull and dead (Heresy, I know).
