I wear ripped jeans, a filthy baseball cap and trashed shoes to fancy restaurants regularly.

Agreed, although that wasn't "socially unacceptable" until recently, in fact, it was expected.

Something Borderline Offensive
Nudity. Not that I am promoting full on public nudity to be allowed everywhere, just the overall attitude about nudity in the USA. I think we create some of the sexuality problems in the USA by treating nudity like it is some kind of serious sin.
