What the...Darkglass Vintage Microtubes?!?!

Got my shipping notice!!!

(Nah, just messing with you. I'm excited too. Waiting on a new bass and a Vintage Tubes and a Submarine clone. I'm doing very well keeping it out of mind so that they just show up and it's like a surprise.)

HAVE THEY SHIPPED YET!?!?#?%?!%

:hyper::hyper:

I'm trying to put my excitement in check and assuming that they meant the first full week of March. I would love to be surprised though!

DAMN I almost fell for that!

Yeah... I believe Spencer is getting the final components this week and the assembly will be completed later during the week.
After that it could take a couple days from the testing till you get the shipping notice (we're shipping hundreds of pedals in just a few days). I am confident than within a week (give or take couple of days) every one (including me :D ) should have their tracking numbers and pedals on the way!

That's good news...my money has been sitting at Prymaxe. Their discount helps to ease my concern for paying the full amount so far in advance. The Prymaxe folks were very good about it.
Reminds me of when I purchased my Compu Bias meter, paying in full, and waiting a month and a half to receive it, while itching to place a different set of power tubes in the B-15.
It too, was well worth it!

What about if the pedal was purchased through a retailer (i.e. Bass Club Chicago)? Would they be receiving their pedals in the same time frame?

I guess it would depend on your dealer (I can only speak from our end). Being in the US probably it'll be pretty much the same.
International orders will probably take a few days more for obvious reasons.

My advise would be to stay in touch with your dealer ;).

After this batch is released pedal production will be a constant flow... no more long (or any) waiting folks!
Have a nice Sunday everyone.

Exciting things coming up this week.
Regards, Doug.

"Hey guys! Brief production update: Microtubes B7K's are being built at the moment. Later the B3K's and Vintage will be completed. Most final assembly, testing and packaging will take place during the weekend, and perhaps Monday. We are working as fast as possible, and you all should have your pedals on their way to you in a week or less.
Any questions feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Thanks! -Doug."

Any thoughts; Is the Pickle Pie more of a Fuzz than the Phat Phuk, Have temporarily have a Budget Distortion Ibanez PD7 (seems to generate a bit too much feedback it seems when driving it into a Cry Baby bass wah) which would be better to drive into the Cry Baby, a darkglass BK3/BK7/new BK vintage or one of the Wren and Cuff overdrives.. Thanx PP
