'93 Ibanez Roadbass. Looks like their current RG guitars - pointy.

Still have it, but I have since cut down/rounded off the horns, refinished it poorly, and thrown in an EMG PJ set. Super fast, super comfy neck.

Mine was a used Kingston (Made in Korea) which I got with a Kay Amp for $85.00. The pick up was loose so I stuck it on with gum. This was in 1965. I traded it for a Vox Cougar which I wish I still had. Now play a custom shop Peavey.

1998 MIM Fender P Bass for 200 bucks from a friends brother. I must have dropped it 100 times and it still looks and plays great.

I too started on the Yamaha BB300. Haven't upgraded anything on it since I got it 8 years ago. Now that I have a Geddy, thinking about beefing that 300 up now.

Well, i had a bass called a "Magnum"

I decided to put heavy strings on it, considering the strings were so much higher then the fretboard it sounded like i was playing an Ostrich on heat.

But you've gotta learn somewhere!

Peavey Patriot. Red w/Black pickgaurd. Not very sexy but, it was a good bass and I played it for years. Even when I got "better" basses, I still had it on-stage as a back-up.
