I played a used black Warwick $$ 5 string a month ago at the local GC that almost followed me home. The $1200 was a little too much for me though. For $1K or less I definitely would've taken it home.

New? I think Ibanez makes some of the best instruments for under a grand. And im really not a fan of anything Leo Fender did.

So why would you pay that much for a bass thats 15 years old when a new one could be had for a few hundred more?? Doesnt seem like such a deal
