Huh?Eric. Borrows heavily. From All Gone Pete Tong to Stalingrad. Then runs it through Disney filters. And I still really liked it.
I got about halfway through the first new episode and lost interest. New haircuts. I hate Frenchy. All I want to know is how and when Homelander destroys the world. Maybe his kid will kill him. Or whatsername head-popping lady. Just get there already. The Boys, season 4![]()
But the ride there is so much fun.I got about halfway through the first new episode and lost interest. New haircuts. I hate Frenchy. All I want to know is how and when Homelander destroys the world. Maybe his kid will kill him. Or whatsername head-popping lady. Just get there already.
Pete Tong for the addiction monster. Stalingrad for thrills, spills and survival in a scary subterranean society. And Disney Inc for let's not frighten the children. I can't help you with really like.Huh?
It was fun. There used to be plot twists and interesting character moments. It's kinda like Game of Thrones. For years I waited for the ice zombie invasion and it went nowhere. Now I'm waiting for Homelander to actually do something. But the ride there is so much fun.
Yes. Trying to avoid the spoilers. It's a fine line to walk.Edit: I guess you’re talking about Eric on Netflix.
I was going to remt it as well, but ended up binging Gen V as a supplement to season 4 of The Boys. It was entertaining, but not as good. I’ll try to get Dune part 2 in sometime this week.Rented ($6) and watched Dune, part 2, today on Prime. In my opinion, better done than part 1. I enjoyed the first one, but the second one surprised me as to how much I liked it.
In the first movie, I thought it was throwing out too many terms/ideas that wouldn't be understandable to some folk unless they'd read the books (I've read 'em all). Might alienate a few people. And that damn female vocal riffing in the music track was way overdone.
Part 2 avoided that. On the occasion an idea/term was used, it was explained smoothly. I liked the flow of the movie, moved along at a good tempo. Most importantly, it didn't concentrate on a love thing between Chani and Paul. Some previews led me to believe otherwise, which was gonna piss me off if they bastardized the film in that manner. The female vocalization on the music track was used sparingly, so yay LOL.
A fine Father's Day gift at an affordable price LOL
The Imitation Game:
It's everything I hoped "Oppenheimer" would be.
