Really enjoying The Boys and House of the Dragon. I was lukewarm on the first HotD season but this one is nearing peak Game of Thrones
One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest and Clockwork Orange are a couple of those rare exceptions that prove the rule (which is almost always true...)
There is a good British police drama called Bodyguard. it’s about a former military man turned cop who is assigned as the PPO for an ambitious Home Secretary. It’s a good mystery with enough action to carry it without getting boring.

Last week was all about Shark Week on the Discovery Channel for us. We recorded and watched 15 shows (I think), and they're always interesting and educational.

That was in a previous season, but yeah, that was epic.
I've been catching up on Doctor Who lately-- I started rewatching last year and got to David Tennant's second season, now I'm trying to get back up to date with Ncuti Gatwa's new episodes.
Watched a movie today, which I'd seen once years ago, called The Final Cut (2004) with Robin Williams in a dramatic role. There is a bio-implant called Zoe that records every second, good and bad, of folks lives. People pay for it if they want one themselves or implanted in their children. Williams is a Cutter that reads the Zoe chip after a person dies and edits it for memorial services as an audio/video feature (called a Rememory) that attendees can watch. There is a larger story involved and a subtext of privacy rights.
I enjoyed this movie again, glad I found it. Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB has it rated rather low. Another case of one man's poopy is another man's treasure LOL.
