Meanwhile I'm enjoying Invasion. Apparently my Y chromosome is supposed to be tweaked by the low explosion count. But I thought the slowly unfolding realisation was nicely done. BEMFOS are good. And the soundtrack is fun while I get my geriatric receiver talking to my new TV.

Plus rental on top of your subscription for all the content they don't own outright. Business model is getting less and less appealing. At least Blockbuster only charged you once.I think you can get rid of them for an extra $3 a month. That's only 10 cents a day!
Funny you would mention that. I’m trying to decide if I order enough from Amazon to justify keeping Prime. We got it for the movie deals and now all you get is mostly dreck.

I walked out of whatever Marvel movie is out about an hour in. Falcon captain America is not a good character. He’s not interesting or charismatic or relatable or likable in any way. He doesn’t seem to have powers, which makes me wonder how he catches the shield without breaking his arm each time. You know how in action movies when a guy will be surrounded by armed baddies and you wonder why they won’t just shoot him? There’s a lot of that. I left before Harrison Ford turns into a red hulk. This is a bad movie.
The Gorge. Miles Teller has the charisma of stucco. Anya Taylor-Joy is captivating as ever. Sigourney Weaver collects a joyless paycheck.
Hollywood tried so hard to make that kid famous. It didn’t work. Sigourney gets a pass. She earned it. I can’t blame her for working for the check at this point in her career. If Anya Taylor Joy wasn’t a sexy alien she’d be nobody. She’s not bad but she’s not great, IMO.
