I’m reading the darkness is a projectionist issue. I wonder in the indoor scenes at night, when no one turns on a light when they probably should, are visible for you.

First 2 eps of Alien: Earth were great. Definitely has the vibe from the original and Aliens. I’m already enjoying it more than the last few movies.

There's a thing with Bob Odenkirk. Maybe it's just me. They did it in Better Call Saul and they do it in this movie. Long shots of Bob Odenkirk's face looking conflicted. His face. He's upset. He's sad. He's angry. I understand that camera shots of the actor's face are an essential part of it, but it seems excessive with him.

I've been enjoying Foundation S3 too, but the voiceover is.... well, I wish it wasn't necessary. Show, don't tell! I get it though, a lot of time has passed...
I just finished my rewatch of season 2 and will dive into S3 tonight.
Every Time You Lose Your Mind: A Film About Failure on Hulu. I didn’t know anything about the band before watching, but now I want to check out some of their material. Had no idea how influential they were on a lot of my favorite artists.
Also, The Hunting Wives on Netflix. Definitely trashy and not exactly well made, but it’s sort of entertaining so far.

I know I'm a little late to the party, but Severance Season 2 severely lacked compared to S1 for me. A lot of filler, just so much time spent on people walking around, and answers to questions that viewers had were just nonsensical. It wasn't without good moments, but compared to what came before it, this was a huge letdown for me.
I can't disagree. It's very difficult to keep being cleverly quirky and still keep a coherent story line going.

I'm already sold at Aliens so you Stinkfist at the end of ep02 and I'm a happy camper. It definitely different than the last... eh... maybe it's somewhere between the first two and Romulus? Dunno. Good though. At least worth 4hrs of my life assuming it's just the 4eps.
