Whatever happened to sax?

It's only been like that for ~1 year on TB. Maybe it's my pandemic-influenced Time Flies! perspective, but a year doesn't really strike me as "a long time".
I too miss the days when you could edit your 5-year-old posts, but also agree there's some value in forcing people to think about what they're writing before hitting Post because otherwise it'll be out there forever.
To keep this post on-topic and germane to bass players:
Yeah, and? Jaco’s been dead for what, 35 years or something, and his name will come up here on TB, if not today, then tomorrow.

I can't imagine there's likely to be a genuine thread, titled "Whatever happened to Jaco?" , and asking for examples of his current material.
Well, you dismissively brought up a dead bass player, who happened to play in a band with a sax, so I brought up another dead bass player, who played in a band with a sax, dead much longer, who still gets name checked.
