I lived in a hotel on my last mobilization, used a darkglass b7ku v2 with headphones the entire time to be courteous of room neighbors on different shifts. It was perfect, and I never received complaints.

I use these for my computer speakers, practice amp, sometimes with headphones, sometimes with batteries in a gig bag to go jam with a acoustic guitar player.

I’d go with an SVT-CL and an 8 X 10 fridge cabinet. Just point it away from the bedroom...
If they doesn’t work, check CL or used merch at the local music store for a combo that has phones out and aux in. Pick up an Ampeg BA-108 v2 and get a separate volume control for your music source for free!

Another vote for GOOD headphones. She can't complain if she can't hear you.

Phil Jones Bass Double Four. It's more than 15W but it's not loud, it just sounds like a bigger amp but with less volume and size. Best money you can spend on a small practice amp.
The Phil Jones Bighead Pro headphone amp might work.
I'll join the group here and recommend Phil Jones (many options). From my experience it provides the best quality in a small (light. mostly) amp. I have a briefcase for small gigs and home practice, and play a M300 with a 15X5 "stack" (6+9) in the regular rehearsal space.
I have the Interblock UK and Microblock45 for guitar. You can use these as a headphone amp, DI, or regular amp.
I suggest as practice amp something like this:

Phil Jones Double Four. Shoe box size, 35 watts per speaker, 8.8 lbs, sounds great with either my Yamaha SLB300 or upright bass.
