Whats Coming & Going Thread Pt. Fife! V

Oh man, I've wanted to try one of those (and the Seek Wah) for a LLOONNGG time now... If you can do clips, man you gotta post some. :hyper: :D If not, at least tell us what you think. I've never really found any solid info on how they sound with bass. I saw a thread around here somewhere, someone was asking about Zvex on bass... and Zack actually replied and said he makes guitar pedals (I was a little stunned, actually). $329 is a little much for me without knowing if it kills the lows or not.

Let us know what you think!!!

P.S. I thought I was doing good... no G.A.S. for a couple months now and no gear purchase plans... I'm actually kinda hoping you say the Seek Trem sucks, or I'm just gonna have to have one... :rollno: lol

Yea, it's sort of a blind buy, I can't imagine it killing lows seen as it's basically a volume effect, but you never know.

It'll take a while to get here and i'm in the middle of exams (who would have thought an astrophysics degree would be hard?) but I'll do a review and clips eventually (assuming it gets through customs without been blown up)

And FYI I picked mine up for $160 from The Gear Page, so it might be worth a punt you really fancy one

In: It's not an effect, but it will drastically change how I record them, but a Blue Yeti USB mic. It's absolutely brilliant.

Coming, if I can find one: Morley PWB for the amount of money I have in my PayPal account.

Gas is killing me again, I can't escape it. I am trying so hard....:(

I have been thinking IE dreaming of getting a Dwarfcraft Eu Clair Thunder. But I am so hesatent to pull the trigger due to the price.

And the last two loopers I have tried I have sold both, but the Digitech Jamman Pro looks like has the potential to be the looper for me. I can have one or the other but I just don't know.

Help me choose!

*edit*

I not going to pull the trigger now, but in the next few months. I have to however curb my GAS somehow!

Okay, I can't help but consider this providence... not even 24 hours after you posted this, a Seek Trem shows up on ebay for $175 as a Buy It Now with free shipping!!! It also happens that my Paypal account had some money chilling in it from my Spring Cleaning Pedal Sale, which I (somehow) completely forgot about! *facepalm!!*

Providence or impulse purchase... whatever. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to FINALLY give a Seek Trem a shot (first hand), and I only had to chip in $40 to cover the difference from my Paypal account. :hyper: Sooooo........

INCOMING: Zvex Seek Trem!

P.S. I feel kind of bad though, I'll probably get mine before you do. :/ Sorry about that! Okay, not really. :ninja: :hiding: :D lol

P.P.S. Good luck with exams!!

Gassing hard for a 5-string.
Roscoe LG3005, or Nordstrand VP5.
Also waiting for a custom ABG to be finished. (it's been almost a year)

Need a small practice amp. Ampeg Micro VR, Acoustic 260 combo, may do the trick?
