What's for dinner, and what are you doing after dinner?

Pasta with peanut butter sauce, then watching Letterkenny and drinking G&Ts.
Dry martini, Sirloin steak, asparagus with hollandaise and a bottle of Aussie Shiraz. Afterwards, stumble back to hotel and watch HGTV.
Last night the GF and I had dinner at this excellent restaurant near us. It's at a tiny small town airport out in the woods, and the restaurant overlooks the 2 and 4 seater planes parked on the runway and the setting sun.
I had: Chicken with spiced peaches, some kind of sharp cheddar, bliss potatoes, and a brown sauce that was unbelievably delicious. Cocktail: French 75
She had: Sirloin steak medium rare, field green salad, and sweet potater fries. Cocktail: "Airmail" (rum, lime, airfield honey, and sparkling wine)
Eat half of everything then switch.
After: A wonderful night curled up at home.

She made that recipe again this week with a whole bunch of beautiful fresh cherry tomatoes. Fantastic.

Dim Sum, and after that I am going back do do more research on designing our renovation of the upstairs back sleeping porch that was enclosed poorly in the 1940s by a previous homeowner.

Pork chops, risotto, and green beans. My second time making risotto but I have never had anyone else's risotto. Finished the night by watching the boob tube.
Dinner was Teriyaki stir fry with vegetables and after was Tres Leches Cake
past couple days I have been cooking because I was on vacation
