What's in your Gig Bag?

Much of the same except I have a zoom q8 for recording which I have a love hate relationship with (love the audio, don’t really care for the video quality)

I have a drawer on my rack case for such things,, as extra battery, fret ease spray, drum key, alan keys, 20 bucks, screw driver, ear plugs, string winder,micro fiber towel, picks for the guitar players. extra strings are in the bass case. I try to bring as little as possible. I have 3 things on stage, my 810 cab rack case and bass case. 2 cords, instrument cable goes to the amp and power cable goes to power duh!lol

2 x sets of strings ( one used, in case one breaks on a gig and the other if I need to change a whole set)

1 x custom moulded earplugs
2 x non custom (yellow earplugs)
1 x clip on digital tuner
1 x spare 20ft 1/4 jack cable
1 x alembic 5 pin cable
1 x alembic DS-5 power supply
2 x short 1/4" jack leads for psu
1 x truss rod wrench
1 x small set of Allen keys for bridge, nut and saddles and pickup adjustment
1x small screwdriver for electronics cavity
1 x swiss army knife type thingy
1 x black sharpie.
1 x apple shoulder carrier bag.
1 x roll loo paper ( I've done far too many open air gigs/festivals/fetes and clubs without any and saved many a band member's dignity!!)
1 x bass guitar with strap.
1 x small digital camera (not giving my phone to anyone to take pics)

Fascinating. So your 810 is cordless? Sound just magically goes from the rack amp to the cab, no cord needed? And it doesn't even need a power cord...(or the amp doesn't) Neat-O!

For me, bass in soft case, bow and rosin in case pockets, iPad, music stand, blueturn carried separately (iPad can go in the back pocket of the bass case, but I prefer not to, as it could get cracked there, too.) Phone (for use as tuner) on belt.

handful of picks (I don't use picks on bass. Had a gnarly blister once 25ish years ago that forced me to use a pick and have kept a few on hand since. Like a previous poster schlepping drum sticks, I have "saved the day" by having them in my kit.)
