Sooooo......I'm hopeful that I'm done with my non-guitar related projects for the time being.
The truck seems to be running well, shifting fine and all that. It got me to work all last week without issue, drove it around most of the weekend and back to work today. We seem to be in good shape, which is helping the wife feel better about that stupid truck too, so that's an additional win.
I spent all day yesterday finishing up the ginormous hillside garden bed project. Got the last planter bed finished, I just need to fill it with soil now and it'll be ready to plant things in it. -
I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. It's not perfect, but it's a garden bed, it doesn't need to be. I'm literally gonna throw compost in this, it just needs to hold it from sliding down the hill.

So that completes the heavy construction. We're still debating how we want to trellis things and all that, and I'll probably go get a load of soil/compost this coming weekend now that the weather seems to be trending more towards sunshine around here.
I also planted my first batch of plants outside in the lower beds -
The bottom bed (at the bottom of the hill) has Snap Peas around the green trellises and Cucumbers along the net. The middle bed has Tomatillos in the center and I have yet to plant things around the green trellises. I'm still debating what will end up there, I've got some more tomato starts that could live there, but I've also got some Mexican Sour Gherkins that I think would be a better fit there.
For those that will ask, the grow bags chillin' in the upper bed have Potatoes in them. I just set them there so they are out of the way and help to keep weeds from growing.
The greenhouse is poppin'! (not shown in these pics, but to the left of the first pic) I've got Tomatoes, Lettuce, Pole Beans, Herbs, Jalapenos, Poblanos and Strawberries growing in there.
All that to say, now that I'm done with this silly project I can hopefully get my garage space organized back in a manner that may actually allow me to build guitars again.

I really need to start showing some progress on that Tele build.
