Why yes sir indeed them be nuggets a' plenty! Always goes with a smiley face!
Mine is the demon from the exorcist. The image only appears in the movie for a few seconds total. Interestingly it was played by a woman. The raspy voice of the demon was a woman as well. Im a fan of horror movies

Probably not meant this way but I always assume the avatar is either the person contributing or how they want to be perceived. What/who they admire is third on the list. For example I hear Lemmy with @Super_Freak as I read his posts, rather than first thinking that he admires him.
not for me, it's either something I find funny at the time or something that attracts my attention. The full picture definitely attracted my attention, I had to crop to just the face so that I can use it as avatar here
This is why I started the thread. I figured what was intended with an avatar might be missed by others (like me).

I rarely change my avatar because it's a pain in the a$$ to do so, especially on a smart phone. Also because I'm really, really lazy.
