And I thought it was a cross between that Halflife Guy (Gordon Freeman) and that Meth guy (Walter White)
Haha, I didn't either, I thought it was Ron Jeremy.
I used the Snaggletooth logo as my avatar for a long time, and then one day I just switched to my current one.
It's a picture of me playing bass guitar. I also hang out on a bass player forum and use the same avatar there.
It's a pencil portrait of my old Daschund that I had made for my wife one year... He was an awesome dog!

Well, it's meant to look like my bass busting through your screen, to go with the tag line, the two of which are only slightly more arrogant than I actually am in real life. 
It is, however, representative of my attitude toward playing, but not in the sense that I'm a showboat or overplay or play too loud, but I will be present in the mix. I can't stand seeing a bnad where the bassist may as well be unplugged or a mime... bass should be heard, and mine is. 
In the old TB software, it would always look like the headstock was floating. Since The Change, it always has a box around it which kills the effect. TB "dark" makes it look even worse.
I've often thought of changing them both as they are slightly more arrogant than I really am, but I spent a lot of time making the pic and really not into coming up with something new.
It also seems that I can no longer change my tag line, I guess because I haven't updated my supporting membership lately.... hmm
I have been thinking of switching to a simple pic of me playing bass. Maybe I should do a poll.....
