Whats your favorite Sadowsky models ?

ash/maple Vintage J with Sadowsky singles and stock (60's) pickup position. That, IMO, is the classic 'Sadowsky tone'.

+1 thats what I have and it ROCKS!

Although I did have a alder/morado Humcancelling J Metro that was one of the finest basses I've ever played or heard. And I sold it like an idiot!
 
Probably anything in the 5/24 format.

I have two of them.

NYC alder/Morado, 1 3/4" at nut, P/J, strung with Sadowsky Flats.

Metro, alder/morado, with Big Singles and strung with R. Cocco nickel rounds.

Contemplating commission of alder/ebony, 1 3/4" nut, soapbars in '60's position, but i really don't need that bass.

There is nothing in the range of what I do (other than in the fretless realm, which is what the Pedulla is for!) that I can't cover with either of these Sadowskys. I'm lucky to have these wonderful instruments.
