I'm so torn... And I need help

...
I REALLY want a German-made Warwick but I'm torn between the Thumb BO and the Streamer LX. I've never actually played either one because no music stores around me seem to carry high end instruments. I own a Corvette RockBass, and I've played a German Corvette in a big box store, but I'm not a huge fan of the Corvette. I love the way the Streamer looks and feel like it's the more versatile of the 2 options, but the Thumb seems like it would be incredibly well balanced. And I love the way the Thumb sounds in a mix (based on YT vids).
I'm also not sure if I should go 4 or 5'r. I'm a 4-string guy, all the way. And since I bought my first 5'r a few months ago, I definitely appreciate having that low B. But every time I pick a 5'r up, I notice I'm a little uncomfortable. My general playing confidence is hurt a bit based on lack of experience with em. I have a good feel for 5 strings, but again, I've played 4's quite a bit longer than I have 5's.
Considering it's such an expensive and well-made instrument, I DO want to like the thing, which makes me lean towards a 4-string. On the other hand, with such an expensive and well-made instrument, I'd hate to cut myself short with a 4-string when maybe, with time and completely different-feeling instrument, I may come to love the 5'r and learn to really take advantage of that B.
I realize it's a "play em all and make your decision" kind of thing

, but in this situation, without having played either of the models, what advice could you provide me?
