Canadian is a damned fine Lager.
Golden is a damned fine Ale when it isn't skunked. I swear that at least three out of four cases/sixers I come across have not been adequately maintained in the store and are skunky... What a waste!!! :scowl:

Yes, but we used to know it was time to slow down when we could no longer handle the bottle opener.
The twist off must be the Coor's influence.

Must be more of those darned "modern conveniences". For what it's worth, there are a lot of mighty fine wines from well respected wineries that are going the same route.
Call me old fashioned, but I still prefer to use the opener hanging with the feathers from the mirror of my '85 IROC when I let loose my favorite cold beverage.

Yes, but sometimes drinking one isn't at home... or wearing a belt... or around any other object to pry a top off with...
I can't imagine a situation where someone is stuck with a bottle of beer that they cannot open.

After considerable reflection on this subject (nearly 3.75 seconds), I have determined that additional research is in order. Not having any Molson on hand tonight (for scientific research purposes), I have instead determined (so far) that Corona is pry off, as is Sam Adams Boston lager. I would encourage the rest of you to join in this monumental research project.
I agree. I'm pretty sure there's always a way to get that top off... (i should've made the list longer to show the variety of possibilities available) But, I avoid the whole debate by drinking whiskey instead.
Corona is twist off? when did this happen? Or is it an american thing? I think I'll just observe the experiment, except to say that the JD in my avatar sure isn't twist off (cork).

The jury may still be out........Corona is listed as a "partner brand" of Molson....if Coor's has negatively influenced one, well..........

Does anyone else (like me) use openers on their twist-offs (like Coors) anyway, just because you're stubborn?
