As little as possible these days 
I'm usually 'on call' for things between 10am-1am, minus 3-7pm when possible cuz traffic is horrendous (and that's a good time for a siēsta
.) Other more seasonal gigs are usually in 2-3hr chunks finishing before 3pm (must get to the siēsta 
)
I had to stop working full time cuz it was interfering with my TB time
