Which do I keep?

Keep the Carvin SB5000 or Sire V7 1st Gen?

Since I’ve already given my suggestion based upon your poll options.
Why not sell them both , including the Warwick ,

Buy a used Sadowsky Metro
Keep the Geddy and the Pedulla and the Peavey and be done .

The Warwick is gone for sure. I could sell both and buy another bass like a Metro or Sandberg too. I’ll see what happens. As my kids enter college age, I am really planning on putting much more energy on practice and possibly getting non-church gigs. As a much older musician, I do not know how much will be available, but it will be fun to find out.

Doc, you own a better 5 string bass. . . . why do you need to keep either of these basses? Sell both.

My best five is my Pedulla fretless. It is untouchable. The reason my Sire is in the mix is that I am comfortable with as my fretted five. The SB is nicer, but every bass I own does not have to be fabulous. I love high end Basses but a bass that is good but works for me is all I need.
