I've always been intrigued by this burst. Would love to get my hands on one someday.

I like the opaque yellow and bright red of the original fender 3 tone burst. I'm so glad fender finally got that right on the newest reissue series. It drives me nuts that my classic 60s jazz lacquer has the transparent yellow, but I'm a huge fan of wood grain on everything except guitars and basses. Yeah, I'm weird.
 
A. A. A. I want this back. I want a body like this, and I also want one with a REAL seafoam green finish (not that puke green PJ special that hit Guitar Center recently. Thing's a dog).

I can't even tell where the 3rd color is in modern 3 tsb finishes anymore.

Edit: Does anyone know where to get inexpensive Fender bodies with this finish? I know I could get Warmoth to do it, but I'm talking cheap. I got a couple of half projects that might benefit.
